Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@ballmoor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We're happy to help. Contact us at info@ballmoor.com and we'll get you sorted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
